    THE GRASS HAS NOT BEEN CUT IN OVER 3 MONTHS! This issue has been reported before and nothing was done. City of Largo DID NOT hold Largo Medical Center on Indian Rocks Road (2025 Indian Rocks Rd S
    Largo, FL 33774) accountable for the land they own on Pocahontas Drive. This grass is over 2 feet tall, I’ve seen rats running through it and tons of mosquitos, and sitting water. This area is across the street from addresses like 2153 Pocahontas Dr, 2117 Pocahontas Dr, 2043 Pocahontas Dr. I can’t fathom why the multiple city trucks that have passed this area did not report this and get the proper authorities involved to fix this. Why is there such a thing called code enforcement when the only people held accountable are residential homes but big businesses, or hospitals in this case, are exempt.

    Where two roads meet, Pocahontas Drive and Oak Manor Lane in Largo there is no stop sign to prevent any traffic from running into each other. This is a potential for car accidents when there should be a stop sign to notify drivers that they're entering a neighborhood. There has been numerous situations where employees leaving Oak Manor are entering Pocahontas Drive without stopping when there is oncoming cars or pedestrians. If someone tries to cross the road to the adjacent sidewalk, people coming out of Oak Manor don't think they have to stop or abide by residential speed limits. Earlier this morning someone came out of Oak Manor driving roughly 40-50mph, screeching tires as they were turning and almost hit a pedestrian with their dog. Hopefully a stop sign can be put up and a speed limit sign because apparently no one knows a speed limit for a residential area.
