    There is a broken and raised portion of sidewalk (from roots maybe) in front of the right side of this building. This morning I witnessed an older gentleman trip on it and fall flat. His face actually hit the cement. Thankfully he did not appeared injured but this should be fixed before that happens.

    450 Broadway Malden, Massachusetts - Malden Ward 5
    Someone cut down trees and brush across the street from 450 Broadway on Friday last week. We assume it was the company that manages the billboard sign. No one has picked up the debris. It's an eye sore and we are worried it will be a fire hazard since it's drying out quickly in the sun.
