    light actuator controller needs proper adjustment. The light senses vehicles that are turning right onto Willoughby beach from Perry Ave as a vehicle that needs to cross. there should be a time delay before the light controller recognizes a vehicle and then calls for the light to change. At the current moment whenever a vehicle arrives at the light from Perry Avenue regardless of its duration at the stop line the controller calls for the light to change. there are many times when the light changes and there are no vehicles awaiting to cross Willoughby beach. Also, while they are there I would like to request that they inspect the timing for the light when it switches to red on Willoughby. there is more than ample time for 1 vehicle to maneuver through the intersection during the 60 second red light. I feel that this should be adjusted to a smaller time with the controller adding time if another vehicle enters the view of the actuator for the light.

    It would be nice if there were "no parking this side" signs on one of the sides of this street. In the evenings and weekends it becomes a nuscance as 2 vehicles can't safely pass each other in this area. It also can become a fire hazard as if somebody is driving down this road and a fire apparatus needs to drive through they will be unable to make it.
