    The mailbox at 90 Franklin Creek Road South was hit and damaged. Both the box and post will need to be replaced. It's believed a vehicle passing by hit it due to the damage.

    The Deer Creek North McWhorter RFID lane scanner isn't working. Around 8:30pm the RFID scanner stopped reading RFIDs and the only way to get drivers through was the call box. the RFID antenna is making a beeping noise constantly, regardless of if a vehicle is in the lane. Multiple attempts to reset the gate didn't work.

    PW on call was contacted and they were going to respond some time after 11pm to trouble shoot. This See Click Fix was attempted to be put in last night but it didn't go through.

    The metal loop used to lock the shellrake chain has been damaged and made useless. We are unable to secure the chain at this time. Will require maintenance to repair. photo attached

    The exit barrier are key lock is so messed up we could not open it. we ended up using a coat hanger to toggle off and on the power to reset the barrier arm after it got stuck in the open position.

    the key lock looks extremely messed up like there have been issues getting it unlocked in the past.

    there is an electrical issue at the Main ACF gate. we are losing total power in multiple outlets. More than one outlet "loses" power when we turn on lights or the A/C kicks on.

    there is a a hole in the circle median across from 2 Crown Cove that is large enough that S/O C. Duquette fell into with one leg all the way to his thigh. His body stopped him from going further as he could not feel the bottom with his foot. A cone was placed over the hole for safety reasons and to mark its location. S/O C. Duquette was not injured when he fell into the a hole

    ALL of the exit lane street lights at the Deer Creek Village gate are not coming on. From the gate all the way to Westridge Road.The inbound/entrance side street lights are on.

    The Oakridge Resident slider keeps failing almost daily. clearing out the blockage scanners and repeatedly resetting the slider at the box and gate switch eventually makes the slider start working again but we're having to do it all the time. Slider needs to be checked.

    The A/C fan does not shut off. I noticed it running a few days ago and the temp was not correct. I checked the gate tonight and the thermostat had been set to OFF since 7:30pm yesterday(Saturday 02/17/19) yet the fan was still on and very loud.
