They didn't pick up my recycling so my USPS delivery woman put the recycling cart next to my curbside for me since I am disabled and no one has emptied it in a couple of weeks and it's getting rained on. if you can please send someone to empty the recycling cart and bring it back to the porch or near my car so I can use my car to balance while I drag the recycling cart back to my house.

R. Hughes put in a disability ramp/driveway in the city leeway and I am requesting FILL DIRT to be put on the 1.5 to 2 feet of my front yard between the driver's side of the car and the porch as it's got some deep holes in the yard and try to get it higher than the sidewalk so I can get in and out of my car without soo much pain. plus the curb dirt is packing down and needs more dirt as I sometimes have to go over the front of the driveway curb to get my doorway over the sidewalk. So I just need some fill dirt so it's level. where the car is is level and they need to put in the fill dirt while the car is there. most of the dirt at the cement ramp/driveway is packed level with the yard. I was thinking about calling but innocaption TTY is not working as well as usual because of the cold weather.

I am disabled and I need to be able to park directly in front of my front door and I can't assess the area because of the telephone pole between 2219 and 2207 Ashley St and I can't assess the street because you don't put in the required wheelchair ramps at the curbside. I need the entire curb removed and replaced with the flat curb like they have at Southwest high school on the road next to Burger King. I need to not only be able to park on my grass in front of my house but to be able to assess the road with a wheelchair and my driveway is 0.5 inches to about 3 inches ABOVE the ground and it's not ADA and my neighbors driveway is blocked by cars all the time. They only reasonable solution is just to remove the curb and replace it with a ramp like curb that I can drive over and go over it with a wheelchair. or completely move the telephone pole completely from my yard AND install a wheelchair ramp going to the street in front of my house, but the curb removal is the easiest way to fix the problem. I can't walk far and it's torture going all the way to my car and you refused to put in my neighbors driveway as I requested and they have to use my driveway plus I can't park closer to my house because of the telephone pole being in the way. I don't even have enough room to parallel park closer to my house. so I need the curb removed and a ramp like curb installed to the roadside.

Rylands truck just picked up 2207 Ashley streets trashcan and then it backed up onto Anthony Rd and didn't get my ADA trashcan and empty it. I have to request each week and you really need to get better employees. please come get my trashcan.

the garbage truck just came down my road and went completely past my house both ways and didn't get my garbage cart. I tried calling using innocaption TTY app but your employee just immediately hung up on me saying that they couldn't hear anything and they don't work with innocaption TTY Georgia relay service at all. they didn't get my trashcan per ADA laws and I am once again having to request again and again and again and again for the ADA accommodation.

pot hole in city leeway in front of Johnny vs hotdog restaurant and it needs to be filled in with dirt and gravel and packed down so drive thru extension can more easily park there.

missed illegal dumping at the entrance to pep boys old shopping mall . there is furniture and it actually looks like eviction debris or every piece of furniture and clothes from a entire house.

I will have to add the picture to the comments. this is the SECOND week that my ADA garbage cart and recycling cart have been intentionally missed. I called using innocaption TTY app and Melissa at Rylands kept hanging up on me and innocaption TTY is reporting the hangups to the FCC and Justice Department. I am disabled and I am supposed to be getting ADA accommodations up to getting the cardboard and trash bags out of the house, but I can't even keep them getting my carts. I haven't had either my trashcan or recycling emptied in over 4 WEEKS and I can't put anything else out in the carts and it's building up in my house because you don't get loose bags sitting outside. everytime I have to ask here it's like BEGGING and you are abusing a DISABLED person and I may have to file a report with the POLICE department because you don't abide by the ADA laws and your abusive to the disabled people who ask for REASONABLE accommodations. I have a picture of the garbage truck and my full trashcan that they ignored and just flew by. please get BOTH my carts in the trash truck. you don't send the recycling to these roads because everyone gave up trying to do recycling.

like usual I am having to ask for the recycling to get picked up per ADA laws. I didn't see a trash truck on Tuesday either but I don't have much in my trashcan and they didn't dump the trash can either but I have enough room in it until next week. But it's been over 2 weeks since I last begged for you to get my recycling trashcan and I am begging again for you to come empty it. I can't find out which week you are supposed to be getting the recycling but you don't get it until I put in a click fix. please empty my recycling trashcan it's full

Ryland Recycling never started collecting recycling from my entire street. In February to April of 2022 no one came for the recycling carts my neighbors put out. they finally gave up on recycling and I found out that Ryland Recycling never goes on a lot of streets near here and across Eisenhower parkway and High Tower Rd. The woman at Rylands won't Google the streets and send them notification that they are starting to get the recycling from now on. She was throwing it into my ballpark and I am disabled and she is expecting me to notify all my neighbors to let her know that they are not coming to Ashley St Eisenhower and Hightower Rd areas to collect the recycling. everyone in Macon GA please help and notify Rylands if you are not getting recycling pickup on a regular basis.

There's NO 27 foot SINGLE ADA parking spots, in Macon GA Bibb county except for the one the law office created using a lane and sidewalk across from the courthouse on Second Street. The City is also putting the ADA handicapped parking spots on the corners of the streets that are TOO steep hills like areas and TOO far away from where the disabled people need to go and they may take 30 minutes just to get to the bank or business they want to get to and then you want them to move their vehicle from the ONLY HANDICAPPED parking spot, because the city which is required to put a adequate amount of handicapped parking spots, doesn't have enough handicapped parking spots and they are difficult to use because THEY are not the required 27 feet wide SINGLE ADA parking spots. The City needs to fix all the downtown handicapped parking spots and there needs to be extra near the Dempsey hotel and bank and grocery stores that require more than the minimum amount. if you see several handicapped cars that can't get a handicapped parking spot, you can't legally make a handicapped person leave their handicapped parking spot in order for another handicapped person to get the parking spot. you are supposed to add MORE handicapped parking spots in the area.

you can mark the extra at the bank and grocery store for the handicapped during BUSINESS HOURS and after business hours then anyone can use the handicapped parking spots, but they have to be out of the handicapped parking spots by the time the essential businesses open up for the day.

please fix the downtown handicapped parking spots that you have never legally put in correctly.

second street from near the jail down to popular street and on the other side of the new bridge construction needs new street lines. please put lines at the first section after the bridge on second street where it's finally wide enough for two cars for safety. that section has been one lane until you get to the church on second street but cars illegally pass you in your own lane or they pull up beside your car within the single lane and they take your right of way and the side of the road parking needs to be better marked because there are places on both sides of the street where cars illegally pass you within your own lane or take your right of way especially if you are turning right but a car is now to the right side of your car within your SINGLE lane and they are going to the right and you can't turn to the right until they turn to the right and they not only illegally passed me within my own lane but they stole my right turn right of way from me. so please modernize the lane lines for safety.

there's NEW painting the really wide sections of second street

I am disabled and I am supposed to have ADA accommodation but they didn't put the recycling cart where they found it against the front porch. instead the guy left it next to the curbing and I can't use it there and I can't bring it closer to the house. I will just be filing a justice department ADA complaint against Rylands and the city of Macon for not making Rylands follow the ADA accommodation laws. I will probably have to BEG a neighbor to get it for me and it's harassment against a disabled person and I may file a police report next week since I can't get ADA accommodation after 15 months of BEGGING for the accommodation. each time I have to request here is begging. you didn't accommodate last week or for at least 6 months and I have been having to ask neighbors to bring it closer to the house. it's too smooth and I can't hardly get a grip on the recycling cart and I have too much cardboard that I can't get out because I have to wait days to get someone to put it next to my porch and then I have to take pain meds to be able to just get a few boxes out. your employees keep retaliating against me and they put the cart as far away from my house as possible when they should have been told to put it back against the porch sideways with the hinges on one side. it was where it needed to be this morning but I had to struggle to my car this morning and I am hurting soo bad and I saw you didn't accommodate me AGAIN and you are soo ABUSIVE to a disabled person who keeps requesting on here or begging by phone and you won't come out to fix the recycling cart until like a month later. I have found out that you won't pick up recycling on a lot of roads in Macon and why are we paying Rylands when you won't get all the recycling in Macon GA.

there is a deep pothole at the end of the entrance ramp between second street and Gray highway. my front right tire went down into the pothole and busted my front right tire and you need to fix the potholes even if they are on a state road. I will be sending you the bill for the damages. plus the pothole is in a BLIND SPOT and you can't see it. I confirmed the grey hwy and second street location but it's giving me a crazy address on Clinton rd. but I can't get it to put the right location on the request. but it's on the GRAY HWY second street ENTRANCE RAMP.

you never pick up recycling on my street. my neighbors want to do recycling but they gave up and stopped putting their carts out. i have to beg you and put in a click fix every time I get my cart full of cardboard. I am disabled and ADA accommodation laws I am requesting that you get the two huge boxes outside of the cart. I can put small boxes into the cart but I can't stand up long enough to break up the large boxes. I will be putting eventually 2 more large boxes that have fold up bar chairs that I will be putting on my porch so I can sit down and try to break up boxes and stuff because I can't stand long. I have two areas of spinal cord stenosis and I weigh 350 lbs. I can't exercise to lose weight and I can't afford the types of food to lose weight. or cook them. please start coming by every 2 weeks or I may have to let the garbage men get it since they can't charge me for a second cart since I am DISABLED.

I am disabled and have ADA accommodation. Ryland Recycling keeps Retaliating and putting the recycling cart where they didn't find it. it's supposed to be put back sideways against the FRONT of my porch near the sidewalk. They came back after I called them and put it out of reach next to my garbage cart where I can't reach it intentionally rather than putting it back where he originally found it. (some people have been facing it towards my porch which is usable but I can't open the lid and leave it open. so it needs to stay SIDEWAYS against the FRONT of my porch. I have called Ryland Recycling again but I use innocaption tty for the deaf and they have to share the microphone with the ga relay operator and rylands keeps hanging up on me and innocaption tty is keeping track of the hang ups the deaf are experiencing for a ADA complaint from all of the deaf people to the FCC and Rylands keeps hanging up on me. rather than working with the cutting in and out of the sound. innocaption tty has a way for me to type 64 characters at a time to be read by a computer voice to the person I am calling, but they are too impatient and refused to accommodate me on tty, so I am having to do a click fix. I will probably have to ask a neighbor to move the recycling cart since Rylands keeps not accommodating me. If it continues I will have to do a justice complaint because they are supposed to get cardboard etc from the yard also and not just the cart because I have too much cardboard in my house and I can't get rid of it because the cart gets full and I always have to call them to get them to empty the cart. I don't have trouble with the garbage anymore, just recycling cart now.
