    Severe erosion and flooding resulting from 1 of 2 culverts under Hwy 431, between the Electric Power Grid and Taco Bell in Owens Cross Roads.

    Second order effects - the spillway from Walmart backs up; over flows Taylor Rd and submerges the power grid lot and my property at 211 Taylor. I estimate all of this could be resolved if the drainage ditches where dredged and the culvert cleared. In an attempt to resolve, I coordinated with a d personally funded for several loads of gravel and skid steer blade time to triage this issue but a bigger effort is required.

    Additionally, the drainage ditch that parallels Hwy 431 and the east side of the electric power grid is in desperate need of dredging. Years of sediments nearly halts any water flow, created a mosquito breeding ground and creates a recurring mess.

    Extremely unsightly and very unsanitary. safety hazard for traffic as debris is blowing into Drake street.

    Car has been abandoned for over 2 weeks and parked along the street. No one has moved it. Is a hazard as it is directly across from entrance of bldg and proximity to Drake - Penny intersection that has much traffic.

    As shown in the picture, a new light-utility pole has been set as the old pole is broken. However, the repair team then tied a rope to the top of the old pole to hold it or secure it. This appears extremely unsafe due to the high winds we are prone to having and if the old pole breaks completely, it will pu down the new pole as well possibly.

    Request street 2 x street lights be repaired in front of house 4001 Drake. House was broken into on approx 2 weeks ago, police report filed. Police incident #2017-26114.
    One street light is on with side of Drake and one is on north side.

    Road hazard. Large tree limb fell, 12-13 Aug 2017, southside of Dughill Rd; near intersection of Dug Hill Rd and Deer Valley Dr, SE. Attempted to move but is too large to do so. Limb is immediately adjacent to the road and is a drive hazard.
