    The school zone flashing light near Jefferson Parkway Elementary school is flashing 24 hours a day. This is a danger because people are now ignoring it all the time, even during the times when students are being dropped off and picked up. This flashing light is the one you see when traveling from Bullsboro towards Hwy 29. I don't know the exact address for it's location, but it's roughly around 91 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd. The one you see when traveling in the other direction appears to be working properly.
