I'm not sure who patrols the Huron River, but this afternoon while we were kayaking over the cascades a mother was taking pictures of her 4 small children who were climbing among the rocks and going through the cascades with just life jackets. They were almost hit by 3 kayaks. Is this allowed, because I was really afraid the kids were going to get hit, the mother seemed unconcerned, but I think she had been drinking.
