The shrubs on the corner of S 7th St and East A Street are blocking visibility for vehicles pulling out from 7th onto A Street. You cannot see if there's any on-coming traffic because of the over-grown shrubs on the corner - you have to inch out into the street to see if traffic is clear. The shrubs need to be trimmed back so vehicles have a clear site of on-coming traffic. This is going to result in an accident if not addressed. Thanks!
