This sign has been laying on the ground for over a month at Cutting and 11th Street in Richmond, California. It has obviously been turned over so maybe the appropriate department knows about it already. I did not see it get knocked down but did notice at the same time I saw the sign on the ground that a nearby bus bench was out of place. The bus bench was put back but the sign is still down.
