    Cochran Road has street lights along only about half of its length. The eastern end has no lights. With increased traffic from Huntsville Hospital training events, and the "regular" truck traffic, this seems dangerous.

    This traffic signal has been whacked for at least a week. Northbound traffic gets a really short cycle, and gets a red signal while southbound traffic has a green signal. I go through there, northbound, early morning, between 5:30 and 6:30.

    The traffic signal at this intersection changes to red for Weatherly Road traffic at seemingly random times, with no traffic on Cannstatt Drive, and no pedestrian traffic. I've noticed this early morning, between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM, almost every morning for the last two or three weeks. This is also true of the traffic signal at Todd Mill and Weatherly.

    Cochran Road is poorly illuminated at night with only 2 functioning street lights, one at either end of the road.

    There are no lane markings on the road.

    There is a large section of damaged pavement directly across from the main Kohler entrance.

    Trucks tend to treat Cochran Road as simply an extension of the Kohler parking lots, parking in the street as well along the edge of the street.
