    Somebody dumped a freezer in the grass next to my house. I am not sure of the public/private area as this is outside the fence.

    There has been an RV parked in the grass along side my fence on 122nd st since Saturday night. They are not always in there, but I left them a note to leave and they have not left. I know they are living in there because we can hear a loud pet bird making noise inside. THere is a tow notice written on the side of the rv facing my yard dated the 18th of August. Their windows look down into my yard.
