"We received a complaint about the above referenced locations that is dark at night. We found an overgrown tree along the Center Park Drive that is covering the street light as you can see in the attached picture. Our maintenance shop has noticed that the light pole is brown in color which indicates that is Howard County light pole, can you have someone from your maintenance shop trim back the tree or cut it so the light would be effective at night. Thank you."
