    Had Heidler Plumbing out to trouble shoot warm water at cold water tap. They tested cold water and found common main cold feed suppling unit with 74F -80F. Tested main water for entire
    building and found 80F water coming into the building on common main water line from the county water supply.
    Recommend calling county to have them take a look.

    The water in the side yard is next to my condo which is unit 002 and is in building 2159. Here are some videos my mom took of the water. She said the water is coming from where the retaining wall meets the building at the base (which is depicted in one of the videos). I am very concerned--there is obviously a leak somewhere under the building, and this needs immediate attention.
