    This new park hasn't even opened and Canadian geese are congregating here. They leave a huge mess that are a health hazard to people and pets.
    Please find a way to mitigate this.

    Lights for a basketball court in a new park under construction were turned on yesterday and remained on all night. The lights are VERY BRIGHT and right outside our apartments making it impossible to sleep Adjust them so they turn off at some reasonable time!!.,

    Sewer/storm drain - strong sewer gas smell a from this and have seen rats going in and out of this regularly.

    Strong smell of sewer gas from the drain on the east corner of E Marshall and N 24th St. There are rats coming out of the drain and running around the street in broad daylight, not to mention lots of roaches at night. There are a lot of mosquitos along the west side of N 24th across from the new apartments
