Drainage does not have any metal cover, and any small animal or a young child can be swept away into the drain when there is water or flood in the street. Anyone can fell into the drain when it is dark as well. Please provide a drain coverage. I have requested this several times, and no one has repaired it.
Also, none of the Utilities have covers.
