    I bet couple of these 2 beach rules will be violated by these 2 separate people tonight. The tent will most likely be at it's current location but the one under the tree will be right next to the firepit

    I saw them sleeping out here this morning (1st pic) and they're still here this evening (2nd pic). If they are out here again early tomorrow morning, I will report again. Ugh...weather is getting warmer and they're getting comfortable at the public beach again 😒

    The ladies room at Elm Grove Beach sounds like there is constant water running from one of the stalls but I cannot verify it since door is locked.

    I know issues can't be handled immediately sometimes but same homeless guy stayed overnight at the public beach...as reported yesterday

    Elm Grove Beach is getiing worse and worse. I live in front of the beach on Lakeshore Dr and homeless people are sleeping overnight all the time. This is public safety issue and is not good for city image. My neighbors are constantly calling police regarding this matter. Please help
