Right lane going NB on Triana - City workers were doing some drainage work along here and ALL the gravel has been pushed out of the repair area and now a large and deep pothole remains. Needs urgent attention Thank you !.

Request that the stop line marker in the road be moved further South so that traffic on Chris Dr can actually see the Eastbound traffic on Vermont. Thank you.

Gravel truck dumped a large amount of large rock and debris all over the road at the intersection of Chris Dr and Golf Rd. Debris continues towards the Parkway, under the bridge and another large amount on the NB access road. Size and amount of the gravel can potentially cause considerable damage to vehicles on the roadway. Thank you

Privileged developed thinks they can keep their signs up 24/7 once again. At the 4-way stop, Emerald Point, and Green Mtn Rd intersections.... They have been up for weeks, and now there are more.

While not actually a pothole the roadside is collapsing and needs additional apron paving and support beyond the edge similar to what was done near the the corner and the park at the 4 way stop. This section drops at least 4-5 inches and can potentially cause vehicle damage if a car runs off the side during inclement weather. Thank you for your help.

While I understand the need to close one lane of traffic on Weatherly Rd while they are working to widen the side walks just West of Aldridge Creek. Is it to unreasonable to ask that the City work crews take 5 min to turn the lane closure signs around ?? No workers have been there for 3 days and yet the lane closure sign is still posted. They moved the cones, please remove, turn around, or fold up the signage. Thank you !

Several potholes on Monte Vedra Rd on Green Mtn - 13570, 13041. There may be others further South on MV and maybe on the 3 Cul-de-Sacs as well.

Large pothole on the access road as you turn left under 255 onto Oakwood.

Large pothole on Chris Dr near the back gate of the Freedom Center parking lot.

Pothole on the right side as you make the turn from Bob Wallace onto the NB access road. At the edge of the gutter.

Multiple potholes in center lane going towards the Parkway keep getting repaired and then a short time later keep getting bigger.... Potholes seem to be forever but thank you for your help !

As you exit from Cracker Barrel on to Drake Ave the Do Not Enter sign on the turn island has been run over and is now partially blocking the exit. Sign should be removed. Thank you.

Road closure Barricade from Martin Rd onto Southbound Parkway has been run over several times and is now in multiple pieces.... Request that this debris is removed from the roadway to prevent further vehicle damage. Thank you.

Now that the “Icemageddon” is over, request that a street sweeper remove the excess road treatment materials -sand, gravel, salt, .... that remains on Green Mtn Road. The uphill lane has a very large accumulation of debris and the passing lane is completely covered making it unusable and dangerous. Downhill is not nearly as bad but what rain we have had has done little to remove the excess materials, it just keeps the dust down.... Thank you.
