    Is anyone going to fix this? I have notified you of this several times. Dirt and sand from the vacant lot on the corner of Central Ave and 16th St S washes into the sidewalk and creates quite the mess. This is an ongoing problem. I don't know what city department to report to but this really should be the owners responsibility in my opinion.

    During Irma this garbage can blew into the corner of 16th St S and 1st Ave S. The lid was across the street. People have thrown trash in it and it is full and smells but no one empties it. It just sits on the sidewalk and not sure where it belongs but it should be there.
