    Please consider taking the prairie dog statues down at the South Pool and get them repaired It's really sad to see them in such a state of disrepair and know that the weather is just doing more damage The artist put so much work into these

    Can the town or Vargas cut back the vegetation here so that it isn't blocking the entrance to the trail to coyote ridge? I always worry that there maybe snakes that aren't visible There's also an entrance just a few hundred feet south on the same sidewalk that may also need to be cut back Thanks!

    There is still a lot of tree debris/branches that have not been picked up since the last wind storm They are on/around the sidewalk on the south side of this street They have been obstructing the sidewalk intermittently until people move them off, blocking handicap access along here

    This bed of flowers has been getting overwatered all summer Water and mud run off onto the sidewalk here It's also starting to smell bad from standing water and attract bugs

    The speed bump on the east side of the building is gnarly! We drove through the lot tonight. We were going maybe 5mph, very slow as my daughter was driving Front wheels over just fine After the front wheels went over, before the back wheels could go over, the speed bump struck the underside of our vehicle HARD I got out and you can see that the speed bump is gouged from several vehicles likely doing the same We have a Chevy Cruze, so not something I'd consider a low clearance vehicle I worry about what damage I'll find under there in daylight tomorrow
