Keep closing my requests (this is the 3rd one) without fixing the issue and I'll keep opening new ones. This way when I go talk to public works in city hall, I have proof of the requests that were closed without work done and they can easily find out who closed them.o

There is a broken fresh water pipe underground and water is coming up from the concrete.The water never stops flowing and the puddle never dries. It's been like that for months. It's not a rain puddle because it's there when there are weeks of no rain.
Do not close this ticket without investigating the water leak source and fixing it.
