    MDC storm drains back up in even a light rainstorm. If it rains for more than a couple hours this is what happens. Street and yards completely flood and cause water back up in basement level apartments.

    This pic is from the corner of Main and Pearl, looking west down Pearl. From this vantage point you can't see any sign of the visitors center, and you surely aren't going to stumble on it by accident. Large signs are needed at this intersection and at the corner of Pearl and Trumbull pointing the way.

    Grass was ripped up and replaced with gravel. Trees out front were neglected until they died, were finally removed but never replaced. Poster advertising "coming soon" improvements is years old and false advertising. This property is in a centrally located area and reflects poorly on the city.

    This sidewalk hasnt been cleared since before the first storm. I reported this many days ago but cannot find the issue so I am resubmitting in case it didn't go through. This is a well traveled stretch of street as well as a major bus stop. Whether the church or city is responsible needs to be established and someone needs to keep this area safe for pedeatrians.

    Sawed off metal post, dangerous. There also appears to be drug activity in the area based on the needle lying there in the grass next to it.
