    The American Flag and Georgia state flags are very tattered and need replacement. It gives a poor impression of maintenance at the marina, especially for visitors.

    Two large pine trees fell against the Garage at 5 Canepatch Ln. Damage to gutter, soffit, siding and roof(?). Please advise what action the association will take. We would like the debris removed as soon as possible to avoid further damage to shrubs.
