Every night Los Cucos restaurant (1100 Studewood and 11th 1/2 St) cleans their receiving bay and allows the water to run into the street. The water has food debris mixed in with left over grease. The water does not drain. It is standing water with a pungent smell. We are afraid it will begin to form some type of bacteria which is unsafe for the children of the neighborhood as well as their customers. The odor on the block of Studewood and 11th 1/2 speaks for itself and the standing water tells the story.
