    The metering lights at 101S and Marsh Road have been turned back on. They are a nightmare. Takes several minutes to get through light at 0640. Took over 30 seconds the other day so cars just move over to carpool lane OR go through the RED light. WAY more single occupancy drivers than actual carpool. Timing is way off and just a nightmare. Turn on the metering lights later; it was so much better for the months that they were off. Please help.
