    Street light remains out of service. Previously reported under #2023-10155 AND 2023-12756. This has been out of service for more than one year. This light illuminates the intersection into Encinas.

    This is a newer light and does NOT appear to have damage as mentioned in one of the earlier responses. (the lights needing replacement were in the island on Cooper and Guadalupe).
