    There has been a group of homeless just hanging out trashing the place for about a month now. But, what really got my attention is the massive recliner that has been sitting there and hasn't been picked up by the city. That one object is attracting more homeless over there to that side of the street.

    For the past 2 or 3 months. There has been a heavy increase in homeless which has lead to even MORE drug use, public defecation and a ton of trash under 45 and main, it's ridiculous. It's now an encampment full of chairs, boxes and just this morning I saw a flag I believe strung up on the metal fence. I walk under 45 every day to get to the train as apart of my transit to work. It has gotten way out of hand. Something needs to be done about this. It smells like crap everywhere and has our lobby doors permanently locked now due to recent break-in attempts last week. I can't even exit my own building via the front door. I have to tell my guess to walk around and enter through the back...
