Resident at 2410 Bridgewater Ln complains that trees at the rear of 2405 Post have grown into the power lines and the transformer. Can County assist? Thanks

Odor from the lift station on Bounty and also the smaller lift station on Post near Breakwater Circle

Seems there is another problem at this lift station.

Sidewalk has a chunk of cement removed and is a tripping hazard. Also a manhole cover involved. Up the street from 2466 Breakwater Circle.

Sidewalk around the manhole cover is cracked in a number of places.

Landscaping vehicle and mower created deep ruts in the median along Gulf Gate Dr. Is it possible to get no parking signs installed on this median?

Median on Curtiss Ave not mowed. This is an ongoing issue along with areas along Tuckerstown and Biltmore Wy.

Numerous potholes at intersection

The pond bordered by Markridge, Bluewater and Bowline is losing water because of the failed outlet. Water is flowing out on both the outside borders and bubbling up from the floor of the outlet. There is a large crack in the cinder block at one corner. Outlet can be reached between homes on Oleta Pl. Please contact me about the time frame to inspect the outlet so I can contact concerned residents. This is second request. Thank you. This concerns the retention pond which is bordered by Bluewater and Markridge. The outlet which is accessed on Markridge is failing. There is a large crack on on one corner inside the outlet and water is escaping the pond on each side if the outlet and bubbling up from the base of the outlet indicating it is failing. Residents have noted that the pond drains to a low level immediately after heavy rains. Please inspect and reply to the following email so residents can be informed. Thanks. Lift station at Bounty in Gulf Gate is emitting a stench. Please investigate.

Grass at Biltmore way area is now overgrown. Please request that the contractor mow when the Gulf Gate Dr. median is mowed. Thanks.

Tuckerstown area adjacent to the Eligraw Bayou is not mowed consistently. Can the contractor mow it and other Gulf Gate County areas when the Gulf Gste median is mowed? Thanks.

Grass is high and vegetation debris is not removed. This median is not mowed when the Gulf Gate Dr. median is mowed. Can the contractor get on the same schedule? This is a constant issue. Thanks.

The median on Curtiss Ave, the area next Eligraw Bayou on Tuckerstown and the Area on Biltmore Way has not been mowed although Gulf Gate Dr median was mowed. All these area should be mowed concurrently unless the County has other agreements with the contractor. Please investigate as the present situation is not acceptable. Thanks.
