On the corner of Westmoreland Ave and Willow there is a shrub that completely blocks your view if you are turning into Willow from Westmoreland. Not only does it block your view it covers more than half of the sidewalk. So not only do you have to prettt much pull into traffic in order to see it you can't take a stroller or wheelchair thru there unless you plan on off-roading it.
