On Sunday September 3rd we received a hand-written note taped to our front door informing us that our driveway would be blocked the next morning and asking us to please park on the street. The next day, Monday September 4th, a six foot deep trench was dug directly in front of our house. A metal plate was placed across our front steps onto the curb. The plate has started to pull our front steps away from our foundation. We have know idea who is doing the work, what the work is for, when it will be completed, or who is going to repair the damaged caused to our new construction home. Since the first couple of days they worked on the trench we have seen no workers and no progress on whatever they are doing. We have contacted the HOA, KB Homes, and the Town of Gilbert to no avail. Can someone assist us in contacting the agency or business doing this work so we can get information and prevent further damage to our home?
