    Layers of CMU brick wall are damaged & in disrepair adjacent to this loading dock. Kind of an "eye sore." As part of the brick repair, the addition of a bollard could help w/protecting this area from further damage by backing vehicles. Just a thought.

    The dog jumping rail (wood or metal) is missing (see circled item/equipment) from the large dog confidence course feature. Please replace & recommend attaching the rail (w/a metal/cable “leash” of some sort) to the feature so the rail cannot “walk off”, be used for something else.     Hazardous waste (engine oil) leaking copious amounts of oil onto public street which flows into public sewer, & then to the Rio Grande River. Specifically, a yellow Ford F-350 crew-cab pictured continues to leak oil on to street. Been going on for months. Address is: 9123 Palomas Ave NE, 87109.

    Location: 5th & Gold (on 5th south of Gold @ the corner by the mailboxes).
    Issue: Sign is loose & is hanging on by 1 of 2 bolts (see picture)
