    Tenant lets diesel semi truck run for about 12 hours everyday lately. No one minds that its usually parked halfway into the yard, but he has got to stop letting it run like that. We have diesel fumes coming into our house and we have oxygen use in our home. Smells horrible and enough to give the surrounding houses a daily headache. Local truck lots are available in very close distance.

    Would be dangerous for pedestrians due to the new cross walk sign. Danger for everyone, walkers, bikers and those travelling in a car. The photo does not do it justice, the gap is pretty big and scary looking.

    someome hit a light pole about a month ago in front of the 3202 apartment building. 2 groups of city workers were told right away, about a month ago, about the issue of it swaying and not being stable. They refused to schedule the proper maintenance and laughed at me. Can I add, that we need better city workers! They really werent doing anything anyway...
