CVS got a delivery late Tuesday night September 17 and replaced items inside putting debris in alley behind business.

Construction debris from ongoing construction in ABDO/CVS building dumped in alley behind building. Several pieces from last week and more added earlier today Monday Sept 16.

There is ongoing construction at 1416 - 1418 P St NW to expand CVS into First floor area of ABDO. The workers access the area from the alley behind the addresses. I was awakened at 5:10am by workers putting a ladder up and climbing on the roof. Also noise from the interior via the open rear door.

At 6:45am Monday Sept 9 a dumpster was left in the public alley behind Whole Foods P street NW instead of in The Whole Foods loading and trash area. Mid-day 2 large Whole Foods display items were dumped in the dumpster by someone who came from the Whole Foods loading area. At 1:50pm the dumpster company driver removed the 2 items from
The dumpster, put them in the Alley and then removed the dumpster. The Whole Foods displays remain in the Alley behind Whole Foods.

I was awakened at 5:08am this morning by the positioning of a dumpster in the alley behind ABDO Development for ongoing construction at that site. Dirt from the site and construction debris are being dumped there.

Construction debris from CVS 1418 P St NW was dumped Monday night/Tuesday morning before 6am on a tarp, August 19/20 , in the alley behind the CVS building and has been there since. Currently it is 4:45 pm Thursday.

Possible non-permitted dumpster in alley behind ABDO Development 1416 P St NW for ongoing construction at that address. When reported in March timeframe 311 rep advised dumpster was not permitted and dumping was illegal. A dumpster was left in the alley at 6:58am Friday July 26 and dumping is ongoing. Dumpster blocks a portion of the alley.

ABDO Development construction at the rear of 1416 P St NW in the alley moving stored containers at 6 am and loud hammering on a ramp around 6:15am Friday July 26. Noisy for residents living in residential buildings on the alley.

I was awakened at 4:24am Tuesday July 16 by a dumpster truck backing into position behind the ABDO Development building in the alley. It put the dumpster on the alley and stayed there engine running while construction workers loaded construction debris in the dumpster. It continues now at 5:40 and is noisy

ABDO Development’s building is undergoing renovation. There was dumping of construction debris in a dumpster in the alley behind its building. I was awakened at 5:45am Monday July 15 by noise from the dumping. There was already debris in the dumpster and the noise has continued.

A discarded trash container is slowly filling with trash that is not being emptied. It has been in the alley behind CVS for over a month. When ABDO had a large construction dumpster located there someone disposed of the trash container in the dumpster. Later an ABDO worker was leveling the trash in the dumpster and the trash container was put back in the alley and has been there since.
