    10100 Granite Place Jacksonville, Florida - Blaunt-Quarantine Island
    Truckers using Circle K convenience store/truck stop park on Granite Place, even though it is clearly marked "No Parking", and use the right of way for a dump. The City refuses to do anything about it. This area is a disgusting eyesore and a health hazard!
