    Illegal parking in a bike lane on Blake Road SW just east of 98th Street. This happens every day; I noticed it at about 18:00 on a weekday. Very dangerous; No Parking signs are warranted for this section.

    Roadway capacity failure NB and SB Unser Blvd NW between Sarracino Rd NW and Los Volcanes Rd NW; AM and PM. Roadway operates between D and F level-of-service grades. Illogical bottleneck (road narrows heading toward a highway!) and population growth exacerbate the issue. Safety is therefore greatly compromised for all travel modes, but proportionately so for cyclists and pedestrians.

    Please expedite adding a third lane on Unser, both NB and SB, between Sarracino Rd and Los Volcanes Rd; Unser is already three lanes on either side of this bottleneck, even if as a temporary measure of mere pavement before a "complete street" can be constructed more permanently, as the median divider is extremely wide and undeveloped.

    Due to the urgent risk to public safety, I also wish to declare this as an emergency request.

    98th Street/Snow Vista speed limit is 30 mph south of Benavides Road and 35 mph north of Benavides. Moreover, the speed limit on 98th just a quarter of a mile to the north is 45 mph. Vehicles travelling southbound on 98th/Snow Vista will not often see the sole speed limit sign south of Benavides and will continue to the intersection at 86th Street while still going 35-45 mph, despite the stop sign at Benavides; the planned roundabout here may exacerbate this specific issue. Please also add a reduced speed limit ahead sign (flashing LED-type or otherwise) on southbound 98th Street/Snow Vista, north of Benavides, to warn drivers of the additional speed limit reduction for safety.

    98th Street speed limit is 35 mph south of Sage Road and 45 mph north of Sage. Vehicles travelling southbound on 98th will not often see the sole speed limit sign south of Sage and will continue to the intersection at Benavides Road while still going 45 mph and with traffic entering the roadway from the shopping center (the reason for the reduced speed limit). Please add a reduced speed limit ahead sign (flashing LED-type or otherwise) on southbound 98th Street, north of Sage, to warn drivers of the abrupt speed limit reduction for safety.

    Sidewalk is missing/ends abruptly at Westgate Heights Park playground. Unpaved playground perimeter path is overgrown and covered with stones and pits, rendering it hazardous for use. It also has a half-finished look in its current state.

    Several vehicles parking on both sides of the street on a sharp blind curve of a main neighborhood access road; many near misses/horn blasts witnessed here. Vehicles parked on inner curve, including sometimes a full-sized school bus, block the view around the curve, exacerbating the situation. Please paint the inner curve yellow to prohibit parking on this curve. Thank You!
