Construction on luxury apartments at 233 Newark avenue is erecting an extra floor too high right now. The building at 235 Newark avenue was built a floor and a half too high apparently in violation of permit and that wasnt allowed to open for a year. Now they are addibg an addition the same height one story too high. Either it is built higher than permit or maybe a mistake was made givng a permit for this height but please stop the building of the extra floor and send it back for re evaluation. Developers shouldnt be rewarded for misbehaving.
Now they are inexplicably exempted from governor executive order and building luxury apartments during the shutdown, and again they are building a story too high. Why would this be allowed? The existing structure already blocks the light to my apartment. I didnt say anything the first time when they built the other building and now am stuck with the story and a half at 235 Newark that no one made them remove. Not sure who owns it but it seems to be an addition to 235 Newark.

Good morning. Was Monday President's day yesterday a regular trash pickup day? The trash is overflowing at 327 2nd st again. Building trash removal is a service provided in the lease section 10, it is the landlord responsibility and I am either not home during hours when it should be put out, or it gets so overpiled I cannot deal with it by myself. Can someone please come pickup the trash? This has been going on since laat March. The leasing office is on the other side of the same block. Data Realty 201 333 8200

Can someone pleaae come pickup the trash at 327 2nd street. I am not home on most trash nights and the landlord isnt doing it and the other tenants arent going to do it. I am by myself and you are all I have to help with trash and repairs over here. Thanks.

Data Realty (240 Realty LLC / 250 Newark avenue) did not put the trash out again last night 11.7. It was not put out last Thursday either. They have quit coming most of the time, they bought the building in March and are trying to drive out two pre existing tenants. Sorry it is 1110 am and not reporting earlier, I just went outside.

Now the landlord put some of the trash out but did not clean the trash properly. They do this half the time and that is what lead to the maggot infestation. They left one trash bag which is several days old and I can smell the rot, it will be in there forever. We also still have no recycling bin so everyone is throwing their recycling in the regular trash. This has been going the last 4 or 5 pickups in a row where they dont put it put at all or put out only part of it.

The landlord failed to send anyone to take the trash out last night and is not cleaning the trash shed properly. The shed has been infested with maggots for the last week. See photo. We put the trash at the corner of Newark and 2nd now because that is where the garbage truck will go.by. This is the umpteenth time the landlord has forgotten to come get the trash.

The landlord has again failed to put the trash on the curb fully and properly on Thursday night. We also have no recycling bin. Please come to 327 2nd street and remove the trash. Thank you.

The landlord Data Realty LLC located at 250 Newark ave 201 333 8200, did not put the trash out again for the 3rd consecutive pickup night IN A ROW. So Thursday April 25, the monday before, and the Thursday before, no one put the trash out. This has happened about 8 times since they took over the building 1st of March. We just talked to both the lease office and the landlord on the phone about it Tuesday this week and emailed also Monday plus.other calls and emails and still no one bothered to take out the trash. We put it in front of the lease office door with a note to call a dump truck to take it away now. They have been told that not removing trash will bring back cockroaches and they arent taking it seriously. Can someone please come get the trash from by their office and fine them. Thank you.
