    Water gushing from under the ground outside the house; left hand side of garage. Owner is elderly. I have looked to try to turn off from the street... but the cutoff at the main is not obvious. Have been on hold for at least 15 mins at number below... I can't stay on hold much longer.

    On Lockwood terrace, just a couple house in from Bispham, there have been very low hanging wires across the streetBecause they are low, yellow caution tape has been hanging off them. It's been like this for at least 5 - 6 months. I believe they are cable lines? They are definitively much too low to be going acorss a road. Besides the fact that it is unsightly, it can be dangerous should a larger truck make it's way down the road.
