Backyard of 622 Butte St. is quite literally a disaster waiting to happen. Hundreds of pounds of debris from past tenants litters the yard along side an entire 2 years of wildgrass/weed growth that has not been trimmed.
The vegetation is high and completely dried out. To top it off there is gasoline present, a PGE powerline nearby and chain smoking/ drug dealing tenants occupying the premises.

Please hold this slumlord accountable before people get injured or KILLED.

For the record.

Super overgrown and dangerous eucalyptus tree over slumlord apartment building. Dual danger factor.
First is that if any branch falls down, it will fall on the apartment killing anyone inside.
Second is fire hazard for the whole neighborhood. If this tree catches fire, the whole block will be gone.

Also, the roof of building is about to cave in and is quite literally at this point a "living roof" with about 2' of debris weighing down the rooftop.

I have not seen this tree maintained once for the last decade. Owner is being negligent and endangering lives. This should be considered illegal to put peoples lives in danger this way.
