    There are multiple pavement joints that are rough needing repair in the East and West lanes just before you get to Wilroy Rd heading west on E. Constance. The eastbound lanes are beginning to get rough.

    I am just asking a question about my recently upgraded meter. A wireless meter was installed but there is no water gauge now. Why is there now meter gauge? This is important in order to periodically check to see if there may be any water leaks in my house be looking for any increase on the gauge dial which would indicate a leak somewhere.
