    There was no garbage pick up today. Truck came through and emptied recycling bins again.

    Open garbage can lid this morning and five rats running around at the bottom, also found two rats in a can further up the alley. Need poison boxes place in the alley. Sanitation department told me to print form from their site and mail it in. Something needs to be done now, not six months from now. We have 77 million for a new pier but no money to keep debris collectors in our area or for rat poison boxs?
