Cars park on either side of the crosswalk and pedestrians waiting to cross 35th CANNOT BE SEEN by cars coming down 35th. There has been a recent fatality at this location. Red curbs need to be painted IMMEDIATELY to make this crossing safer.

    Near the concrete path entering from the Fruitvale side of Dimond Park is a very wet, muddy area of grass with standing water. It's been like this off and on for 10 years! If it's a plumbing issue it should be fixed. If it's a natural spring or something this area should be landscaped differently.

    Davis Street between Coolidge and 35th Avenue is so full of potholes that it is dangerous to drive and bike there. Don't send out the pothole crew. It needs to be resurfaced completely. Can we get this on the paving schedule please?
