    External lights on this building are left on all night long. After receiving a complaint from this community board, there was a brief period that the lights were turned off at night. Now they are back on again all night including additional lights over the balconies. It is so bright in my apartment that I am having trouble sleeping. Seems these lights can be timed to turn off after 9 pm

    The vacant building located at 625 East has exterior lights going up the front of it that remain on all night and shine right into our windows across the street. I have other neighbors who have complained about this as well.

    This is a small and fairly quiet block, not a bustling downtown street, where fancy lighting would be noticed at night. I do not understand why lighting is needed on the 3rd and 5th floors and rooftop of a building of this size on this quiet street.

    Can we ask this building operator to turn off exterior lights at 9pm? This type of light pollution is a disturbance to neighbors and is just unnecessary.
