When going 40mph and you hit this, it can't be good for your vehicle. There is no pothole visible but there is some obvious part of the street that has sunk or warped or something that needs to be fixed. I would invite you to observe cars that drive over this area and drive over it yourself going the speed limit. It is not a good result on your car. The area that is fallen somewhat is near a manhole so not sure if that is part of the problem.

There are two fairly bad potholes, one after the other, heading south on 1-215 just before you go under the 3300 S bridge. Both look like they have been filled in the past but are getting fairly large now. Both are in the far left lane.

Multiple potholes when turning off of Foothill Drive (heading north) onto 2300 east. They are both right as you turn off of Foothill. There are also some on the other side of the street. These were filled a month or so ago and have resurfaced again.

The time the Traffic light stays green coming from 2300 East and turning South onto Foothill Blvd (or continuing onto 2300 E. westbound) needs to be extended. It should be extended by at least 8-10 seconds, especially in the morning and evening hours during rush hour. The number of cars that come down 2300 east during the morning and evening is significant and the problem is that only 3-4 cars get through each green light. I have been 4-5 cars deep and won't get through the light as the light only stays green for maybe 5 seconds. The green time needs to be extended during these times when traffic is heavier.
