There is a major problem with graffiti in this area, seen from the 91 Fwy. I've called in to report this issue a number of times. I understand that this may be private property but the City must utilize it's resources to remove this blight. The longer that graffiti is ignored the worst the problem gets. The message has already been made clear to vandals that this particular area is a graffiti playground. Drive by and see for yourself.
