    Basin is FILLED to 1 foot below the basin grate. We contacted Kim Tandy in June and July about this. We were told the City Inspector came out and looked at the basin and "put it on the list. " Months later the basin is filled with dirt MORE and gets worse every time. When the water recedes it leaves dirt on the street where the water was sitting for DAYS. I have seen kids playing in that water. When will this be addressed?

    Welcome to Lake Lichfield. It appears everytime it rains. When it Eventually drains it leaves muck consisting of leaf debris, car oil and has a sewage smell. The drain is blocked below ground level and only had about a 2 foot clearance from the top of the drain. It takes DAYS to recede.

    This basin backs up every time it rains. There is a blockage under street level. You can see it to feet under the grate. It constantly smells like sewage! This is my 4th report and every one has been acknowledged but nothing has happened. PLEASE SEND SOME OUT.

    I have two other active requests that have been acknowledged but NOTHING has been done. No one has come out. This problem is deeper in the sewer.

    The basin is not blocked at the street level it is further down in the sewer. There is almost always standing water below the grate then when it rains the street becomes Lake Lichfield. It floods up over the curb and across at least 4 properties. I Have been told by neighbors that this is a consistent problem that the city does not address! It still has not been addressed from the last report on SeeClickFix.

    The latch on the gate is acting up. It does whenever it gets cold. After using the fob the light flashes red and green and it Is Hard to catch it on green to open. When leaving After pressing the button the lanch does not always open and feel like you might get stuck inside

    390 W. Chesterfield is new construction. They tore up the street in front of the house to put in a sewer line and have not filled it in and the patchwork hole they made is getting worse.

    The service gate where the mowers come in to the Big Dog side of the park is unlocked rusted open. People are bringing in dogs that are not members to the park. Yesterday I witnessed an attack from a dog that was not a member of the park on a dog that was a member. Please lock this gate! It is the same on the Small Dog side as well.

    The service entrance (where the mowers come in) on the Big Dog side is not locked. The lock is rusted and will not close. Some people have realized this and are bringing dogs in that are not members. I witnessed a dog attacked at the park yesterday because someone brought in a dog that way. it is the same on the Small Dog side.

    The walkway up to the dog park was not plowed all the way and now it is a complete sheet of ice. it is also a sheet of ice inside the entrance pen. can salt be thrown down on those areas?

    the main dog park gate is acting up. When you use your key fob the light turns red then green the red and the green and red and green and sometimes you can't get in.
