Light on pole has failed and is strobing. Security issue.

Both lights on the south side of the lot between docks 3 and 4 are burnt out. It's very very dark at night here.

Please consider adding a stop sign pair to the north and south bound direction of travel. As currently configured the intersection is very dangerous for cars, pedestrians, cyclists etc. About half the people traveling north/south expect a stop sign and stop causing issues with flow behind them who do not. People in the crossing direction traveling east bound on the one way, also confused, assume there is a stop sign for cross traffic and pull out. Coupled with the use of the marina lot and demens landing for event parking, which fills quickly, and then the sheer amount of vehicles passing out who are frustrated at the lack of a spot, and no confronted with a one way they didn't consider to travel back up 1st Ave S and frequent south bound closures.... Causes dismay. We live in the marina and have witnessed a few accidents and dozens of near misses. Simply adding the often anticipated stop sign here would significantly alleviate the potential risks. I would be happy to meet at the intersection to discuss and review if that would be helpful. There are several streetlights out in demens landing making IT VERY unsafe at night to walk. One is on the south side in the trees just east of the bridge. One is on the north side of the street across from the entrance from the sailing club and one is in the first parking lot for the marina. If needed please let me know and I can provide photos of each one.

Water flooding entire street, 10 houses worth and flowing into storm sewers. Water dept has ignored it thus far. Leaking from city side of meter.

good afternoon. there are 4 lights embedded into the indicated bridge. 3 are burned out, 1 flickers on and off continuously. DUKE ENERGY was contacted and performed an investigation. they indicated that they do not own these lights. please correct this situation as the dark bridge is the only passageway for pedestrians, cyclists, motorists etc and is currently very dangers in darkness hours. thank you!

the water from my neighbors sprinklers, rain, essentially all surface water never makes it to sewer. the water in the pictures is standing water 95% of the year.

street light out on 79th st s just north of 3rd ave S on West side of street. very dangerous due to speeding cars.
