Both street lights on Bendale Drive are not working properly. Lights are a purple color and dim. Not lighting the street properly.

Grass on Bendale side of Severndale Water Treatment Plant is overgrown and needs to be cut. AACO property is adjacent to 455 Bendale Drive.

Water main leak across the street from first house on Bendale Road (cross street Benfield Blvd) where previous repair was done.

Water main leak on the vicinity of the Severndale Water Treatment Plant and 455 Bendale Rd. Water seen puddling at the site of previous repair. Slight sheen of oil noticed on top of water. Ground adjacent to puddle saturated as well.

Severndale Water Treatment Plant has not cut its grass on the Bendale Road side this year. Grass is overgrown (3-4ft high). This is AACO property located between 455 and 457 Bendale Road. Have contacted Central Services about this last week and no one has responded or taken care of issue. Take care of your property immediately.

Severndale Water Treatment Plant has not mowed its lawn on their property. The area between 455 and 457 Bendale Road is AACO property and they are responsible for mowing the lawn. This grass is 4 feet high and has not been mowed this year. I have had to complain twice last year for the same thing. Why doesn’t AACO DPW have this area as part of their scheduled mowing? Take care of your community!

This is AACO DPW property that has not been cut this summer. The Bendale community is not responsible for maintaining this area. This is AACO property. There is a stretch of grass between 455 and 457 Bendale Road that has high grass.

SWTP has not cut its grass on the Bendale Road entrance. Grass is 3-4 ft high.

Severndale Water Treatment Plant (125 Southway Street, Severna Park) is making excessive noise around the clock. A loud buzzing noise can be heard on my property (455 Bendale Drive) which is adjacent to the plant. Noise lasts approximately 10 seconds and cycles approximately every 2 minutes. This violates AACO noise ordinance and has become a nuisance. Family cannot sleep at night, cannot leave doors or windows open and cannot comfortably be outside on our own property. This problem has existed for at least one month. Sound can be heard in any part of house.
