    Good Afternoon,

    It appears the tree needs to be removed. Memorial Day storm caused this tree to uproot on the house side and is dying on the same side from the root damage. Could you please advise me if the Village will remove or the homeowner will be responsible, It appears to be on Village property. If the tree falls it will be onto the roadway. Thank you, Mike F
