Tree branches obstructing the "SPEED LIMIT 50" MPH sign on northbound Melrose Dr between Green Oak Rd & the driveway for the Shadowridge Park Apartments complex. Tree branches obstructing left turn traffic signal at the northeast corner of the intersection of Melrose Drive at Faraday St/Park Center Drive. Left turn traffic signal directs traffic from eastbound Faraday St. to northbound Melrose Dr.

Missing "Keep Right of Median" pictogram sign is missing at the North end of the intersection of Melrose Dr at Faraday Dr/Park Center Drive. Sign faces motorists on northbound Melrose Dr. Image used is a Streetview upload of the sign in question as photo wasn't taken due to driving.

Major cracking on the last driveway on westbound W. Vista Way for the Smart & Final Extra shopping center parking lot. I don't know if this is the responsibility of the proprietor or the City, but this looks like a major trip hazard.

Potholes near the northwestern corner of the intersection of W. Vista Way at Hacienda Dr. Pothole in the top is just inside the intersection just barely past the crosswalk where the right southbound lane of Hacienda Dr continues through the intersection. The potholes on the bottom of the image are right on the crosswalk line where the right lane of westbound W. Vista Way continues on towards the direction of the Smart & Final Extra shopping center and beyond.

Red traffic light is out, located on the mastarm. Traffic signal faces motorists on eastbound W. Vista Way at the intersection with Hacienda Dr. Honestly I don't know if the traffic lights at this intersection are the responsibility of the City of Vista or Caltrans. If it is Caltrans' responsibility, can this be forwarded to them? Thank you.

Pothole on eastbound W. Vista Way, just a tad past "The Stagecoach Inn" cocktail lounge.

As of approximately 12:15pm on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018, the last streetlight adjacent to southbound Melrose Drive prior to the intersection with Ridge Road was on during the daytime. Photo wasn't taken due to driving.

Signal head visor partially detached on the red traffic light. Signal faces drivers on NB Via Centre at the intersection with Hacienda Drive and is located at the SE corner of the intersection. Image of the signal in question and is a Streetview image as actual photo wasn't able to be taken due to driving.

Faded lane striping on SB Emerald Drive between West Drive & W. Vista Way.

Signal head visor missing on red left turn traffic signal as it faces motorists from Shadowridge Drive at the intersection with Sycamore Ave. Located at the SE corner of the intersection.

Faded "No U-turn" signs to drivers on both directions of Park Center Drive at the intersection with the Home Depot Driveway & an office building driveway. Both signs are attached to the traffic signal mast arms adjacent to the left turn traffic signal.

Pedestrian Signal is facing wrong direction and I cannot tell if it's out or not. This is located at the NW corner of the intersection of Melrose Drive & Faraday St/Park Center Dr and faces pedestrians/motorists crossing in the Westbound direction on the north crosswalk.

Pothole near the NW corner of the intersection of West Vista Way & Emerald Dr. I think it may be in the north crosswalk of the intersection mentioned above. Photo wasn't taken due to driving.

Graffiti on the yellow marker signs adjacent to NB Emerald Dr, just past the intersection with Wildflower Court.

Rough transition from the bridge surface to asphalt surface creating a jolt like feel when traversing on the Buena Creek Bridge on SB Vista Village Dr (particularly the right through lane. City may want to check all lanes for this issue.

Rough transition going from the asphalt road surface to bridge surface on NB Vista Village Dr (especially in the right lane). Creates a jolt like feel in the car when approaching the Buena Vista Creek bridge.

Signal head visors missing on the yellow and green lights. Located at the NE corner of Emerald Drive & W. Vista Way. Signal faces motorists heading on NB Emerald Drive.

Pothole on EB W. Vista Way, either at or just barely past Thunder Dr.
