    Washington Center on Wayne rd and Glenwood. this is the front view from my home everyday. Businesses dump in dumpsters that are not theirs. we have trash everyday from the dollar tree in our yard. parking lights don't work in back lot. parking lot cleaner thar spends 2 hrs and still looks horrible and not done. graffiti on bld broken bottles all over the place. mayor wild needs to come and check this out and take control. there needs to be a wall or the birm the promised when they built the center. send someone to fix this issue all dumpsters need enclosures asap. owner of center needs to take charge of this NOW.
